very polite and welcoming staff and the place was clean. the hotel was set in a very central area very close to a great restaurant and shops, restaurants, the train and bus station and the public areas with bold styling.

Didn't like the area, it was undesirable.

The location was central, favourable easy to get to shopping area.

Courteous staff from a lovely receptionist, heated standard double room.

Everything was great, including staff and service, its great wi-fi. The rooms were luxurious, yet the one I got had not so good views. You could leave a car on site. I spent a decent time here, would recommend to anyone.

The attic rooms can be a challenge, especially for anyone taller than 5'2', with low beams causing constant ducking and potential bumps. Air conditioning took some time to figure out, and the bathroom had issues like slow drainage and cracked tiles, which isn't ideal for a comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay and loved having a comfy bed and a spacious room to unwind in after a long drive. The leisure room was a great spot to relax, and I appreciated the garden area for a bit of fresh air. The only downside was some noise from other guests at night, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 🌟

My partner and I enjoyed a nice two-night stay. The immaculate room provided a perfect retreat. Christina, a fantastic staff member. Don't miss the attached restaurant's amazing dishes. I recommend ordering breakfast the night before for a good morning treat!
